Stir Fry Duck Breast In Vermicelli Nest

  1. Soak rice stick 8-10 minutes, drain well.
  2. Take the duck breast out, gently cut the skin into a cross, place in a cool frying pan, slowly cook with low heat, extract and pour the duck oil, repeat 5-6 times, set aside.
  3. Keep using low heat, flip the duck breast and fry around 3 minutes, set aside.
  4. Prepare sauce, put rock sugar, black vinegar and water into pot with low heat, when the sauce is slightly thick and sticky, add light soy sauce.
  5. Cut the end and leaves of asparagus, then cut into small slices, cut and shred bell peppers, slice fresh shiitake.
  6. Duck breast cut into halves and shred.
  7. Prepare a pot of oil, heat the spoon up, to start fry rice stick to nest.
  8. Take out a batch of rice stick, roll into sphere, put on tissue paper and dry it again.
  9. Put rice stick into pot, gently use spoon to press, make the bottom of the nest has to be flat, fry until finished.
  10. Heat pan, pour duck oil, stir fry with bell pepper slice and shiitake slice, then add asparagus slice.
  11. Lastly add duck breast shreds and sauce, stir fry, put the ingredients in nest and serve.
