Rice Cake with Brown Sugar Syrup

Rice Cake: 16pcs
- Drop 60g brown sugar and 1/6 tsp salt into pot with water, cook for 2-3 minutes with low heat, cook until slightly thicker, let cool and set aside.
- Glutinous rice flour mix with 50ml hot water, then add 80ml water little by little and mix well to make dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth, roll out the dough.
- Cook over medium low heat for 4 - 5minutes until golden brown on each side.
- Place rice cake on plate, add soybean powder and brown syrup then serve.
