How to participate and win:

1). Customers shall purchase Chewy Instant Rice Vermicelli - Original Flavour (5 packs) or Chewy Instant Noodles(E-Men) 5 packs with a sign that says “Puzzle Card” on the package at designated retailers (Wellcome and ParknShop supermarkets).

2). Each package includes two lucky draw puzzle cards.

3). If two cards inside a single envelope form a complete picture of Chewy selected home appliances or Chewy Food products, you will receive a corresponding prize.

Chewy 50^th Anniversary Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:

Chewy 50^th Anniversary Lucky Draw (the "Event") is organized by Chewy International Foods Limited.

1. The promotion period is from November 11 to December 15, 2022.
2. To join the instant lucky draw and win the prize, customers shall purchase Chewy Instant Rice Vermicelli - Original Flavour (5 packs) or Chewy Instant Noodles(E-Men) 5 packs with a sign that says “Puzzle Card” on the package at designated retailers (Wellcome and ParknShop supermarkets). There is no limit to the number of participants.
3. How to participate and win:

         i). Each package includes two lucky draw puzzle cards.

ii). If two cards inside a single envelope form a complete picture of Chewy selected  home appliances or Chewy Food products, you will receive a corresponding prize.

iii). For details of the prizes, please refer to the lucky draw table enclosed in the package or visit the official website of Chewy at www.chewy.com.hk.

4. For prize registration and redemption procedure, lucky draw winner shall call 2674 6621 during Chewy office hour (09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, except public holidays) from 11^th of November to 15^th of December 2022. Please provide your full name, contact number, and the name of the prize won when registering.
5. Lucky draw prizes will be redeemed in person at Workshop A, 10/F, Sunrise Industrial Building, 10 Hong Man Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong during the specified period. Winners are required to present the matching puzzle cards and provide their name, contact number, and proof of identity. Failure to present the matching cards upon claiming of the prizes will result in their disqualification for redemption. Chewy reserves the right to verify the personal information of the winners, including but not limited to name, contact number, and Hong Kong Identity Card.
6. Campaign conclusion statement will be published in “AM730” and “The standard”newspaper on the 20th of December 2022.
7. The pictures published in the promotional materials of the event are for reference only.
8. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
9. Chewy International Foods Limited will not reissue any lost prize/raffle card.
10. This event is available in Hong Kong only.
11. In case of any disputes, Chewy International Foods Limited reserves the right of final decision.
